-After initial consultation you'll receive a plan to follow based on your goals, current starting point, and mobility. Your plan will be highly customized to achieve your unique goal.
-Ideal for those who don't need any additional coaching with form, can be consistent and accountable for their own workout schedule, and are somewhat knowledgeable about names and variations of movements.
-Monthly email/text/call check ins are included.
Corrective Exercise Movement Flows based on group goals, needs, and limitations. Aim to correct lower back pain, hip tightness, shoulder pain, core weakness and specifics.
Mobility and Strength Flows light weightlifting with focus on form and activation in a low impact environment coupled with traditional vinyasa yoga.
Personal Training Session fine tune your strength, mobility, and corrective exercise needs with the included 1-on-1 session.
On Your Own receive a plan with the movements and exercises that best support your needs PLUS nutrition advice if desired
