If you're motivated to get healthier, stronger and feel confident in your body, you've come to the right place.

Maintaining certifications and education in Training, Bodybuilding, Nutrition, and Yoga- I aspire to help clients of all ages and abilities find short AND long term success in fitness.

Whether you're a beginner looking to learn, advanced hoping to overcome a plateau, or a senior wanting to regain strength and mobility- I'm here to get you to that point.

Gym shy? Many people I meet are! I will guide you step by step through the gym environment - of course you'll learn the big things like weightlifting form. But I will also make sure we don't skip over the little things- how to load and unload a barbell, how to set up a squat rack or adjust a machine to your body size, and where to find the towels to wipe machines down. No question is too small or insignificant; I've witnessed firsthand how confusing and intimidating the gym can be and I'm here to build your confidence with the new environment and with what your body can accomplish!

I'm absolutely in love with what I do- it's my passion to help you fall in love with fitness too!

I train out of Old Town Athletic Club at 325 Hickory Street, you DO NOT need to be a member to train with me or participate in group training.
